Refund policy

Refund will be given as exchange for other items only.If an item is found defective on arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced, then we will negotiate with Customer. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note that we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned and exchanged. We do not cover fees incurred from cancelled orders without contact in a 24 hour period therefore we will charge 10% on any orders cancelled after a 24 hour period.
